Yes, you can. If your order has not been picked up by our warehouse team, then we can intercept and cancel the order. For any cancellation request, please call us at 224-353-6408 or email us via service@apolloliftus.com ASAP. Please note that even if you have not yet received a tracking number, your order may have already been shipped. Therefore, be sure to contact us immediately. Once an order is placed, items cannot be added directly to the original order. You can create a new order for the items you wolud like to add. You can also contact our customer service team service@apolloliftus.com for assistance.
Items cannot be shipped to HI (Hawaii) and AK (Alaska). Our delivery service is limited to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

We offer standard LTL or FedEx Ground shipping services. If you require expedited delivery, please contact our team at info@apolloliftus.com before placing your order and provide your delivery address to confirm availability and costs. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Your order will typically be shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours. Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier’s schedule, and our logistics team will monitor the process throughout.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you immediately. You can track your order status using the provided link and tracking number.

Yes. You need to select "Pick Up" for delivery method. After order confirmation, our team will email the pick up slip to you. Please make sure to check your email inbox. Please make sure to bring a copy of your pickup slip and arrive at the designated time and address indicated on the slip. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Any address changes may incur additional fees. We will do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier, but success cannot be guaranteed.
You can first check with your family, neighbors, or colleagues. Then, contact our after-sales service team immediately by phone at 224-353-6408 or by email at service@apolloliftus.com, and provide your order number. We will promptly reach out to the carrier to investigate.
Please make sure to inspect your items upon delivery. If there is significant damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) copy. Additionally, take photos as evidence and report the issue to our after-sales team at service@apolloliftus.com within 24 hours. If the damage is not noted on BOL at the time of delivery, we will not be able to process a claim or provide replacement or return services.

Please send your Tax Exempt document to info@apolloliftus.com and indicate the email before placing your order. We will set up tax exemption for your account (email) after checking. Once the setup is complete, we will notify you by email. Please note that once an order has been paid, we cannot provide a tax refund.
Please contact our after-sales team immediately at service@apolloliftus.com and provide photos or videos. Once we confirm that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a solution.

If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt. According to our policy, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at service@apolloliftus.com. 3. Approval: If a return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
4. Pack and Return: Securely repackage the product and return within 5 business days. Customers must ensure products are repackaged identically to their original state (carton/pallet/stretch wrap) for safe return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
Refunds are usually completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time. You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

Apollo Forklift provides a limited warranty of at least 1 year for all new products, starting from the delivery date.
Note:
Battery: 12-month warranty.
Accessory orders: 6-month warranty.
Used equipment: 6-month limited warranty (parts only).

Our warranty commitment is to provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance for any defective original components covered under warranty. Depending on different situation, we may also cover shipping and labor costs for repairs. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g., wheels).
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, modifications, force majeure, improper storage, drops, extreme temperatures, exposure to liquids, or similar conditions.
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Replacements are available within 1 month of delivery. Please contact our team service@apolloliftus.com to authorize a replacement.
The warranty period for a replacement product continues from the original order (No extension). If there is any special extended warranty, our team will inform you.
Yes. To ensure battery life and performance, we recommend charging the battery when the level drops below 20%. Even if the product is not in use, please make sure to fully charge the battery at least once a month. For batteries that require electrolyte refilling, check the fluid level regularly. For more detailed maintenance guidelines, please refer to the product manual.
Yes. You can purchase the spare parts on our website. If you are not sure what parts you need or cannot find the parts you need, please contact our service team service@apolloliftus.com with products' photos, parts name or phots and SKU for help.
In most states, there are specific requirements for disposing of some battery types. These can vary greatly, so look up mandates for your state. These can usually be found on state governement sites. Many county or municipal web sites contain condensed explanations of the state laws surrounding battery recycling.

Sorry, we do not buy back or recycle used forklifts. You may contact local dealerships for assistance.
Absolutely! We provide free lifetime remote technical support for all customers. If parts replacement or factory repair is required, we will inform you of the costs (including parts, labor, and shipping) and proceed with the service only after your approval. Read the Full Warranty Policy

Yes, our electric products include an original charger and battery set, and it is recommended to charge them immediately upon receipt.

Lead-acid batteries: mature technology, stable performance in high and low temperatures, require longer charging times and longer work time.
Lithium batteries: lightweight, compact, charge quickly, require no maintenance, and are environmentally friendly, making them more suitable for high-frequency usage.
Fixed legs are only suitable for pallets with bottom openings;
Straddle legs models are suitable for all standard pallets (the pallet size must be smaller than the straddle leg spacing), and some models have adjustable straddle legs spacing.
