Warranty Policy

Apollo Forklift offers a minimum 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date, excluding wear-and-tear or misuse. Our warranty guarantees replacement of any defective original components covered under the terms of this policy.

  • Within 1 Month

    For any quality issue, we offer free replacement parts and remote technical support. If unresolved after two attempts, we provide free returns/refunds/replacements with covered shipping.

  • 1 Month–1 Year

    For any quality issue, we offer free replacement parts and remote technical support. Return shipping fee (to Repair Center) is customer-responsible; we cover return delivery post-repair (no labor/parts fees).

  • Beyond 1 Year

    Lifetime free technical support. Customers must pay for replacement parts, labor, and all freight charges if factory repair service is required. A detailed quote will be provided before service.


Battery Maintenance

Charge monthly to prolong lifespan even though the equipment is not in use.


Warranty Exclusions

Misuse, neglect, modifications, force majeure, normal wear, or consumables (e.g., wheels) are excluded.


Special Items

  • Accessories: 6-month warranty.
  • Batteries: 12-month warranty.
  • Used Machines: No returns or refunds; 6-month limited warranty (free parts only, no labor coverage).
