Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You need to select "Pick Up" for delivery method. After order confirmation, our team will email the pick up slip to you. Please make sure to check your email inbox. Please make sure to bring a copy of your pickup slip and arrive at the designated time and address indicated on the slip. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Can I purchase spare parts or batteries separately?

Do Electric Products come with accessories?

Yes, our electric products include an original charger and battery set, and it is recommended to charge them immediately upon receipt.

What is the difference between lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries?

Lead-acid batteries: mature technology, stable performance in high and low temperatures, require longer charging times and longer work time.Lithium batteries: lightweight, compact, charge quickly, require no maintenance, and are environmentally friendly, making them more suitable for high-frequency usage.

What is the difference between the fixed legs and the cross legs of a forklift?

Fixed legs are only suitable for pallets with bottom openings; Straddle legs models are suitable for all standard pallets (the pallet size must be smaller than the straddle leg spacing), and some models have adjustable straddle legs spacing.
