How to calculate shipping fee?

At checkout, shipping fees will automatically be calculated based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Standard shipping rates apply to commercial addresses and do not include additional services such as inside delivery. When will I receive my order?

Your order will typically be shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours. Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You need to select "Pick Up" for delivery method. After order confirmation, our team will email the pick up slip to you. Please make sure to check your email inbox. Please make sure to bring a copy of your pickup slip and arrive at the designated time and address indicated on the slip. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Can I purchase spare parts or batteries separately?

Yes. You can purchase the spare parts on our website. If you are not sure what parts you need or cannot find the parts you need, please contact our service team service@apolloliftus.com with products' photos, parts name or phots and SKU for help.

Do Electric Products come with accessories?

Yes, our electric products include an original charger and battery set, and it is recommended to charge them immediately upon receipt.
