When will I receive my order?
Your order will typically ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours. Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's schedule. Our logistics team will monitor the shipment throughout the process. For pre-sale items, please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on the product page.
How can I get an invoice?
Please email us your PO number at info@apolloliftus.com. Our team will process your request and send you the invoice.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Please select “Pick Up” as your delivery method when available. After your order is confirmed, our team will email you the pickup slip. Please bring a copy of the pickup slip and arrive at the designated time and address shown on the document. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
Can I purchase spare parts or batteries separately?
Yes. Spare parts are available for purchase on our website. If you are unsure which part you need or cannot find the correct part, please contact our service team at service@apolloliftus.com with product photos, the part name or photos, and the SKU so we can assist you.
Do electric products come with accessories?
Yes. Our electric products include the original charger and battery set. We recommend charging the battery promptly after receiving the equipment and before initial use.
