Note: Only compatible with mini-size pallets (33.5" × 28.3" × 47.6").
Do I need to install the forklift myself? How do I install it?
The main components are pre-assembled before shipping. You’ll only need to attach minor parts such as handles, forks, or straddle legs. Installation instructions are provided in the manual or video guide.
What is an Estimated Shipping Charge?
We normally ship via LTL freight. Please provide your full shipping address so we can quote accordingly. Please alos notify us if a forklift or loading dock is available at your location for unloading.
Do you offer leasing service or C.O.D. payment options?
We do not offer leasing services or payment terms at this moment. Orders are shipped after full payment is received.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
All new equipment comes with a 1-year warranty. Certified used models have a 3-month warranty and are non-returnable.
